Dear friends,
Happy
Holidays!
Yes,
it's
that time of year again, and pretty soon, we'll be celebrating
the New Year!
It's
a great time for your stamping business, too! Time to wrap
up your sales for this year and begin to think about what you'd
like to accomplish in 2004.
Remember,
January is a great time to recruit new people into your
business. Help them achieve their New Year's resolutions
by showing them the business opportunity, and you'll help
yourself, as well.

Tips for First-Class Customer Service
|
 |
| We
live in an increasingly competitive world. There
are more and more companies, stamping and otherwise,
fighting for your customers' dollars. So, how do
you set yourself apart and stay ahead of the
competition? Offer top-of-the-line customer
service! Here are five tips to get the ball
rolling:
1.
Follow up when you say you will
Nothing
hurts a customer relationship more than when you don't
deliver on a promise. If you say you're going
to do something, make sure you do it. Don't just
do it on time...do it early! Keep a to-do list and
follow it!
2.
Know your customer
Knowing
personal pieces of information about your customer help
take the relationship to the next level. Keep
notes on these tidbits in your contact file or address
book.
3.
Listen more than you talk
Your
customers, prospects and downlines will tell you a lot
more if you let them do most of the talking. The
more you know, the better service you can offer.
4.
Ask questions
Questions
help advance the conversation. They also give you
an idea of what exactly the customer is looking for and
whether or not you're giving it to them.
5.
Overdeliver!
A
little something extra now and then isn't just a
pleasant surprise. It can cement the relationship
between you and your customer!

Negotiate
This!
By
Caring, But Not T-H-A-T Much
by
Herb Cohen
Do you feel uncomfortable speaking to a prospect about the business
opportunity? It's usually because many of us are
uncomfortable with this type of two-way negotiation. Herb Cohen has been a professional
negotiator for longer than I've been alive, and he
offers excellent, practical advice for doing it
successfully in both your professional and personal life.
