Dear friends,
Why
is this month's newsletter so late???
This
month's newsletter is arriving in the middle of the month
because of all of the changes taking place at Stamping Is My
Business!:
WE

accurately. The new website now provides access to all of
the products and services we offer on one simple menu
page. Please take a moment to visit the new site at www.stampingismybusiness.com.
WE
HAVE A NEW
ADDRESS!: We've moved...to a larger, nicer space.
Please make a note of our new address:

Why
We Hate Hearing the Word 'NO!'
|
 |
| Nobody
likes rejection. We all hate hearing the word 'No'
when we're talking about our products or pitching the
business opportunity. Well, now we know why.
It turns out that your brain REALLY doesn't like it!
A
recent UCLA study found that the chemical reaction
produced by the brain when we face rejection is similar
to the reaction produced by physical pain.
So,
it's true what they say.....'No' hurts!

Coming
Soon - Your Own Business E-mail
|
 |
| Many
of you are using your personal e-mail address for your
business correspondence. Even worse, some of you
are using AOL, Yahoo!, MSN, Hotmail or any number of
mass-consumer providers for your e-mail.
In addition to not
appearing professional (would you hire a lawyer with an
AOL address?), many of these providers have set their
Spam filters so high, a lot of legitimate e-mail isn't
going through. That means you may not receive
e-mail from customers, or they might not receive e-mail
from you. A recent survey of AOL subscribers showed
34% of them failed to receive e-mails from friends or
trusted sources.
I'm happy to report
we've come up with a solution. Beginning in the
next few weeks, you'll be able to have a business e-mail
address on our site:

Live
Presentations
and
Stamping
Business Group Coaching
|
 |
| It's
been a busy couple of months. I've been up and
down New York state making appearances and speaking with
dedicated stamping professionals. Now that things
have slowed down a bit for the holiday season, I'm
taking bookings for 2004!
If you're an upline with a large network, or the
administrator of a large group, feel free to get in
touch with me for information about my
live presentations. These business-building seminars and
workshops can be done in-person or over a conference
call phone line which will accommodate up to 150 people.
If you'd like more information, please click
here.
And
don't forget our Thursday night Stamping Business Coaching Group.
The next round of calls you can participate in begin
Thursday, December 4th. Put yourself in a supportive environment where we set
goals, share challenges and celebrate success!
Remember,
enrollment
is on a first-come, first-served basis, and will close
once the Group reaches 10.

Don't
Sweat The Small Stuff
...and
it's all small stuff by
Richard Carlson, PH.D
It's a classic...and there's a reason
for that. This book really does help you focus on
keeping the little things from overwhelming you.
And as a business owner, you're more likely to get
thrown off track by the little things than the big
ones.

very popular, business-building SIMB Tote Bag.
