In
2000, John Sanpietro left his six-figure position as a
Fortune 500 consultant to become a Personal &
Professional Development Coach.
That year, he founded Relieve and Achieve Coaching.
Currently, he has a full-time coaching practice
specializing in small and home-based stamping business
owners, sales professionals and people in career transition.
He is a popular public speaker, workshop leader and
creator of informative books, CDs and other resources in the “Stamping Is My
Business!” line.
John is a graduate of Coach University, a member of the International Association of Certified
Coaches (IACC), the International Coach Federation (ICF) and
the National Speakers Association (NSA).
He is also the co-leader of the Coachville
Institute’s K-12 Focus Group – a think tank dedicated to
the integration of coaching into elementary and secondary
schools.
Before becoming a
Coach, John spent 3˝ years as Senior Business Development Manager for the Institute for
International Research; traveling around the country, and
helping Fortune 500 companies market their services to
potential business partners.
Prior to this, John spent many years as a consultant;
conducting sales training for individuals, executives and
business owners.
After
spending several decades in New York City, John now has the
pleasure of working with his wife, Liz, from their home
office in Jay, New York (in the heart of the Adirondack
Mountains).
Why Stamping?
One
of John’s first clients was a woman who had just had her
first child and decided she didn’t want to return to her
office job. She
hired John to help her figure out a way to stay home with
her son, while still bringing in enough money to help her
family stay afloat financially.
It
just so happened that she was already a demonstrator with a
large, home-based stamping company.
Thanks to his extensive experience with direct-sales
and home-based businesses, John was able to help her put
together a plan of action to turn her love of stamping into
a thriving business.
As she became more successful, she began spreading
the word to her colleagues.
As a result, John began working with more and more
people, both one-on-one and in groups, who wanted to make
stamping their business. Because coaching is done over the phone, John is able to work
with stamping professionals nationwide.
As a way to reach an even wider audience, John
wrote and self-published the book, “Stamping Is My
Business!,” in 2003.
The rest, as they say, is history.
Currently, the majority of
John’s clients are stamping professionals.
In addition to one-on-one and group Coaching over the
phone, John also travels around the country to conduct
informative and motivational workshops and seminars and to
meet them face-to-face.
